Refund Policy
We want you to love your Synthetic Insights merchandise and editorial products. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Print-on-demand apparel and mugs
Because every shirt and mug is printed to order through our fulfillment partner Printful, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong-size selection, or change of mind. Please consult the size chart before ordering.
We will replace or refund any item that arrives:
- Damaged in shipping
- Defective (printing errors, peeling ink, broken handle)
- Materially different from what was advertised
Contact support@synthetic-insights.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Books
Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Customer covers return shipping; refund issued upon receipt and inspection.
Digital reports and analysis
All digital downloads (PDFs, research reports, analytical briefings) are final sale. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact support@synthetic-insights.ai within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the access issue or refund the purchase, at your option.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds for partial periods. Annual Founding Member purchases that locked in a lifetime price are non-refundable after 30 days of the initial charge, but you may transfer your seat to a designated successor.
How to request a refund
Email support@synthetic-insights.ai with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
