Welcome to Synthetic Insights. By placing an order through this store, you agree to the following terms.

1. The store

This store is operated by Synthetic Insights LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout this site the terms refer to Synthetic Insights LLC. We offer this site, including all information, tools, and services available to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products and pricing

Apparel and mugs are printed and shipped by Printful on our behalf. Books are printed and shipped by Lulu Direct. Digital reports are delivered by email or download link after payment clears. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Payment and billing

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or other gateways supported by Shopify. Sales tax is calculated and collected where applicable based on the shipping destination.

4. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Production time (typically 2-5 business days for apparel and mugs) is in addition to shipping time. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT paid by the recipient.

5. Intellectual property

All editorial content, designs, character artwork, and brand assets are the property of Synthetic Insights LLC. Purchase of physical merchandise does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Reproduction or commercial use of designs requires written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

In no case shall Synthetic Insights LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of any product. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
