Apparel and mugs (Printful)

All shirts and mugs are printed to order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping then takes 3-7 business days within the US (longer for international destinations). Total time from order to delivery is usually 7-12 business days domestically.

Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and selected service level.

Books (Lulu Direct)

Print-on-demand books typically ship within 5-8 business days of order, plus shipping time. International shipping is available.

Digital products

Reports and analytical briefings are delivered by email or download link within minutes of payment confirmation. No shipping charge applies.

International orders

We ship apparel and mugs worldwide. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or lost packages

Contact support@synthetic-insights.ai within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number. We will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve.
